FAQ
When does my ad go live?
Immediately after your Stripe payment clears, typically within seconds. In dev/preview environments it activates instantly.
What formats are supported?
Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF), animated GIFs, and plain text with a headline. All uploaded files are automatically converted to WebP and hypercompressed — no extra work needed.
Do you host my creative?
Yes. Upload your image or GIF directly in the form — we store it, compress it, and serve it ourselves. You can also link an external URL if you prefer.
Can I crop or adjust my image?
Yes. After selecting a file you get a crop tool locked to the exact aspect ratio of your chosen slot (e.g. 728×90 for Banner). You can pan, zoom, and rotate before uploading.
What if the slot is already booked?
Booked dates are highlighted in the calendar. You can pick a different range, or outbid the current advertiser — if your bid is higher, they get a proportional refund for unused days.
Can I cancel?
Bookings are non-refundable once activated. If you are outbid by a higher bid, you automatically receive a proportional refund for remaining days.
What are the slot sizes?
Banner: 728×90 px (below the header). Sidebar: 300×250 px (desktop only, right column on session pages). Footer: 728×90 px (global footer).
